We can heal / try to overcome tough situation by saying out some affirmations to ourselves. Affirmations means to recite / remind things or texts to ourselves and others. It helps us to improve our lives gradually, not at once.
It's true. We, adolescents can change transform ourselves., it really depends on ourselves. We need a guidance for that. (Parents, Relatives, Teachers, Friends, e.t.c)
