There are a lot of reasons that are affecting my health in my daily life. And the reasons are; I don't sleep on time because I'm busy with my assignments and my personal stuff
I don't eat if I'm working because I don't remember about food when I'm busy
Sometimes I'm unable to cope with negative emotions but mostly I do by keeping myself engaged with activities
I don't like the environment at school which it kills me mentally and I think this reason also affects my mental health so much.
